F1 Racing
Formula 1 racing returned to the United States for the first time since 2007. The Racing brings in many visitors and helps the local economy to grow off of the money from the races. The racing brought in about $250 million dollars into Austin. The Austin F1 track is named The Circuit Of The Americas (COTA). Officials predicted that $200 million was fed into the Texas economy. It strengthens the hotels greatly and also increases the values that house rent for. It brings in culture from all over the world. These people bring money that they want to spend and spend it at local restaurants and other local entertainment. They also made an amphitheater in a tower for events like concerts and other things.
